I've been coming here for years. I was so happy when they reopened! Everything is delicious. Quality food at reasonable prices. The staff is always very friendly.

Not only best coney dogs in town, but also best burgers (mushroom swiss burger is incredible)! You don't go for the atmosphere, but hey, coney dogs, burgers and ice cream! What more do you want?
The mushroom Swiss burger is hands down amazing. So messy and delicious! The cheese curds however were a pile of semi cooked mush. Top layer was perfect -tasted just like a garlic cheese bread. Lower levels of curds, was more like a mechanical soft diet. Other than one of the staff member sitting in the corner talking about some of the customers with what seemed to be her friend - enjoyed the atmosphere too.
When you want an excellent burger, then head to US Coney & Cone! They have delicious smash burgers, and the Olive Burger is my favorite. They are also very generous with their fries. On top of a delicious grill, they also have the best soft serve ice cream in Midland. I highly recommend a visit!

If you are looking for a high-quality frank, this place certainly delivers on taste and preparation.
The Coney Dog was a standout—the chili had a great depth of flavor without being overly greasy, and the bun held up well against the toppings. I also tried the Chicago Dog, which was authentic and "dragged through the garden" exactly as it should be, featuring fresh, crisp ingredients and that signature snap.
However, the primary drawback here is the price point. At $4 for a single Coney and $7 for a Chicago dog, the bill adds up quickly for what is traditionally considered humble street food. While the ingredients are clearly premium, the value proposition feels a bit skewed compared to other local options.
I’ll definitely be back because the quality is undeniable, but it’s more of an occasional treat than a regular, high-value lunch spot.
