  Lost a long time customer today.. Bad delivery. Fries were not cooked. Chicken undercooked. I get I called at their busy time but really an owner couldn't take care of this. I'm out 18.00 food in trash. No lunch for me today. I've been a long time customer. DONE MAYBE JUST MAYBE THE OWNERS SHOULD CARE JUST A LITTLE WHEN A CUSTOMER REPORTS AN ISSUE

  Reviews were good so we gave it a try.. it was a no for us, all the way around. The service was slow even though we were the only ones there, which isn't a deal breaker, but when the food came out, our daughter's grilled cheese was charred/burned black and all of the food tasted like dirty/old fryer oil. The kids had been excited to get dinner and ice cream but the food was so rough they didn't finish it and didn't even want to attempt ice cream from there. Won't be back.

  Firstly I want to say I feel bad for writing this but I’d rather this than call/post. My husband and I LOVE this restaurant, we used to eat here a few times a week even and loved the sense of community and supporting a small business but recently we’ve stopped coming since the customer service when it comes to getting our food is incredibly frustrating. It doesn’t matter if you ordered your food first we always watch the people sometimes multiple get their food before ours and we have to wait. I can understand an ice cream or hot dog coming out first but whole families getting their food before ours doesn’t make sense and it happens almost every time. We would just place a pick up order however even if you pay over the phone they still won’t fire your food until you’re at the store and now have to wait for other customers to come first (so pick up is pointless) actually one time we did do pickup we waited an additional 40 minutes in the store since apparently someone walked away with our pickup order. It’s incredibly frustrating because these small inconsistencies could easily be fixed and realistically is the only thing holding us from coming back. I loved to recommend this place to all my friends and family traveling through as a cute mom & pop shop but have since refrained until I figure service was back up to understandable.
