When I asked why she said yeah we kept them in the freezer you have to wait to eat it. Completely ridiculous. Who orders food and wants to wait 30 minutes to be able to eat it.

I believe her name is Lexi. She was very kind, and she was the first face I saw this morning. Although it was slow, she did not make me seem like an inconvenience, which sometimes fast food workers seem to do.
