Went up to the counter to let them know that they didn’t have any ice in the machine and asked for a cup of ice. You would think that when they were slow and didn’t have any orders that they would go to the lobby to fill the ice machine, but no they were just messing around. Looked like a bunch of kids working. My husband stood at the counter for minutes with no acknowledgment. I then had to go back up there and ask for more ice because they didn’t fill the machine. Warm pop and service is disappointing. At least the guy working the drive thru tonight got us some ice after asking.
