Found tons of blue rubber peices in my roast beef. I've had several issues with this arbys including soggy sandwiches, them refusing to serve me 15 minutes before close and them always running out of roast beef but this one tops the cake. Not sure what it is but its definitely rubber. Its so strong I cannot rip it. There was a few bigger peices as shown but there was tons of tiny peices that were hard to see. It was all on the inside of my sandwich also which was weird. Didn't notice it until I went to rearrange my roast beef. Very disgusted and concerned.

Service was rushed and felt rude. The food was good. When we were getting our food, the crew member was a different person and was polite individual.

Paid for two meals and a sandwich. Missing a six dollar sandwich. Called the phone number on the receipt to try and get a refund for the missing sandwich but "THE LOCATION YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE" food is fine if you get it.

Delicious food and great staff. Disappointed with the app working within the store for everyone.
