  Had to wait in drive-thru to many times. Food isn't ready. Always have to check your order. They forgot my apple pie

  Don’t waste your time going inside if you want to be waited on at the counter. Kiosk only, cash only in the drive thru now. Some great employees here, just chronically understaffed. The teens and young adults that work here are the best in town tho.

  I just watched a mild mannered elderly man in his blue Subaru with his Golden Retriever do a burn out in the drive thru after waiting 12 minutes to place an order and watching the line next to him order and proceed forward. When he politely mentioned his wait the employee told him they were short handed and if he didn’t like it go somewhere else. He and the car beside him circled the building once honking the horn. Two other vehicles left as well. I had an online order. I then sat 12 minutes while the other line advanced . When I told the employee on the speaker my experience she was argumentative. This isn’t an isolated incident. I’m not sure what is going on but it would be nice to have a McDs w better service. Someone build a McDs by Meijer please.

  Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru while they took about 1 order every 3 minutes every though there was no line just to wait at the speaker for a few minutes to give them a code for a mobile order. Got to the pay window and the girl was just standing there instead of taking orders. Food wasn’t even warm with how long we waited. It’s not pleasant waiting 30 in a car with a hungry toddler and teenager when it’s supposed to be “fast food”
