Took forever for our server to come greet our table. Didn't listen when we ordered and had to repeat it. Never brought bread. Salad 🥗 wasn't made to order. Meal took forever and the meat and potatoes was the smallest portion I ever saw for $28. Meat overcooked. Missing sides we ordered. The flavor was there, just over cooked and a portion a child would be served.

Waited 2 and a half hours for my family’s food just to be told they didn’t have one of my family members food taking 2 hours to figure that out is ridiculous it was Mother’s Day but if you make people wait that long just to not even have their food why do you seat them in the first place? Very poor management for kitchen and front of the house I tried to have some understanding because I’ve been in the restaurant industry for years but that was just ridiculous our waitress tried to make it the best for us but why did they wait two hours to tell us?! We walked out waste of time on a beautiful Mother’s Day I feel so bad for my mom because the time they told us everything around us was closed.

The manager (Angie) accommodated us so that we could watch the Pistons game by television! Tier one for the six of us ladies and it meant so much to us! Paige made sure that the game was turned on for us to watch! Tabatha our waitress and bartender was extremely nice! Oh and the food was delicious! It’s been a while since we’ve been to outback because of previous visits at other establishments but these three ladies have rekindled our love and now we will travel to this location because of them! Thank you ladies for making our pre-mother’s day special!!

Came in last Saturday night with a party of 11. Our table was ready fairly fast. Food was just okay not really worth it for the price to me. Mashed potatoes were horrible nobody that ordered them at our table liked them. The 6 oz sirloin had a really weird seasoning on it that made it extremely salty. One of the steaks was supposed to be medium rare and it was way overcooked. I'd highly recommend atleast getting the new York strip it was very good. The coconut shrimp are huge and filling, the bloomin onion was amazing and the cheesesticks were good. The staff was very accommodating for our party of 11. The waiter made sure we had everything we needed and kept checking in on us. The atmosphere was also nice and easy to hear everyone talking at our table.

The food was fine, nothing special, but we enjoyed it. One issue is that my son ordered the $10 chocolate chip skillet for dessert which arrived without the caramel sauce that it should have had, and after a very long delay waiting for our server to return (she was having some payment issues with another table), she went back to the kitchen to get some caramel sauce on the side. After another very long wait such that the cookie had now gotten cold, we were told that they were out of caramel sauce. Now just about any other restaurant would have informed us about that fact when we ordered so that we would have the opportunity to order something else; and, if not, when called out, most restaurants would have either taken the item off the bill or at least offered an additional replacement dessert. Here they just offered a small apology. I know Texas Roadhouse would have done something to make it right. This place is clearly NOT Texas Roadhouse and I’ve learned my lesson to stick to the Roadhouse.
