  Worst McDonald's I have ever been in my life. Rude staff, rude management. The food sucks, they always get my order wrong. There's a bunch of cocky teenagers for workers and they are annoying. They don't care about the food they make. They don't care about the customers. They still owe me a refund, I had to call corporate McDonalds and they called that location, that location still hasn't called me back. I've gotten food poisoning from eating at this location, meaning they aren't following their training at all. They aren't being hygienic either. To put into specifics about our issues with our order. Every cheeseburger my fiance has gotten from this place the bun has been soggy, crunchy, and chewy all at the same time. One of my burgers had brown lettuce on it! My fiance got a McFlurry from here, they threw the M&M's on top and didn't mix it at all. So essentially it was just a giant frozen block of ice cream. They never get my order right. You ask for no mayonnaise on your burger, they give you EXTRA mayonnaise. You ask for the deluxe and pay extra, they don't give you the deluxe. How hard is it for you to throw lettuce and tomatoes on a burger?! It's not that hard, and they put lettuce on a Big Mac for my fiance that same night, so I know they have lettuce. Someone corporate needs to go to that McDonald's and retrain every single person there. Get them into shape, I work fast food, and this place is an embarrassment to all fast food. These workers walk around like they are neanderthals or something. Like they don't know what they are doing. It's annoying to watch them. They'll stand their and stare off in space and not do anything for 10 MINUTES. You should not have a job. Maybe they just need new staff here.

  Nasty ass customer service to be a manager , she kept rushing me to order at 4 am and then told me I couldn't order a Large cup of water because of the monopoly game pieces everybody doesn't drink pop or juice very disappointing I will not be back

  The food was not hot, I did not get the condiments that I was supposed to get with the meal that I ordered, and they just set it on the counter and called out something random. I'm not sure what the numbered A-frame thing is supposed to be for. If they don't give you a number to come get. I thought the number A-frame things were so that they could find your table and bring it to you. Definitely not going back to that McDonald's ever again..

  I came here around 8:06 a.m. and the woman at the speaker was initially polite, but started rushing me as the McDonalds app was taking time to load. once i provided her the code, she assumed i was finished with my order and just started taking the person in the other line. a gentlemen came on the speaker and allowed me to place the remainder of my order as a separate one. i get to the window, the cashier is a woman with dark brown/black long and straight hair in a ponytail, she is kinda short with light tan skin. i remind her as i provide my payment that i have a second order. she attempts to hand me my card back and i let her know that using the same card is fine. she then rudely asks “why did you place a second order if its with the same card” not that its any of her business, but the woman at the speaker (most likely her) assumed i was finished with my order when i wasnt. your company makes more than enough money to hire people with base level customer service skills and professionalism. do better.

  Trash. Aside from the girl who deserves to be working a much better job wearing blue today. Manager in tattoos my second trash experience with her, assuming lady who can handle drive through alone was manager about to be off shift. She should have managed the orders waiting over 45 minutes. I was there for over 10 minutes at my first screen shot. Ordered 20 min prior.. got home at 3:05. Those questioning why I didn’t leave. I’ve dealt with the manager for a refund before and she won’t do shit if you ordered in the app
