  I pulled up to the speaker the guy does not even greet me he says it will be a 5-10 minute wait just to order... then you have wait for your order. There are 3 cars in line total... why?

  So there's no soda machine, you have to go to the desk every time you need a refill (which takes forever) My family ordered 3 ten piece meals and some happy meals but they for some reason put 20 in a single box instead of individual boxes for each meal. We ordered at the touch screen where I got a caramel frappe with extra caramel. I immediately walked over to the desk to make sure they put extra on it and the two ladies at the register said the GM makes those and there was no way I'd get extra caramel 🙄 they seemed terrified to even ask her. They bring my frappe and it has even less than a normal amount of caramel. I said something to the young man who brought us our food and he also told me that's as much as I'm going to get because the GM tyrant who's name is Emma makes them and doesn't let the other employees make specialty drinks. He seemed just as afraid of her as the other employees. This is unacceptable. Thirty cents extra to receive less than an average amount of caramel? And it doesn't seem super productive for the workers there if everyone is scared of the person in charge. Will not be returning to this McDonald's. We used to stop here frequently for very large amounts of food after school because our family is big. Thanks a lot Emma, way to ruin our spot.

  everytime i come to this mcdonald's, they always get my food wrong and the quality of the food is HORRIBLE!!!!!

  Normally have good experiences picking up my food in the drive thru with kind employees, except for this last time a week ago. Around 8pm, I checked in at the speaker for a mobile order, pulled around to the pay window, waited, & no one came, so I went to the pick up window. I mean I already paid on the app anyways. Half the time they just give you a thumbs up to move along. The white girl with light brown/blonde hair, opens the window and confirms my order & hands me my drink. A few second later she opened back up and was rudely asking for my card? She said bc I didn’t stop at the pay window, they didn’t know I came through..? Which is a lie bc you already confirmed my order & started giving it to me. She had a nasty attitude for no reason. It’s not that serious & I was already having a long day post work. I apologized & moved on. She needs to be taught better customer service skills

  Went to the drive-thru early this morning for breakfast for the first time in years and was shocked to see that the massive menu board barely lists anything anymore—just a handful of value meals taking up a tiny fraction of the screen, with zero actual menu items or prices displayed for anything else. When I asked the employee through the speaker why there was no menu, they were completely unhelpful and rude, essentially demanding to know my order without providing any way to see what's even available. It's painfully obvious what they are doing: pushing drivers to pull out their phones and use their app just to see a basic menu and order. Encouraging distracted driving while people are behind the wheel first thing in the morning is both dangerous and irresponsible. Against my better judgment, I used the app, only to find out their reward and deal system is completely broken. You aren't allowed to stack rewards or combine a reward with a deal, meaning if you want to use what you've earned, you are forced to place multiple separate orders and cycle through the drive-thru over and over again. Not only is this an obnoxious waste of time for customers, but it creates even more traffic jams in their drive-thru lanes during peak morning rush. Congratulations to McDonald's management: your anti-consumer menu design and absurd app limitations successfully turned someone who was ready to pull up and pay full price into someone who got $14 worth of breakfast food for $5 out of sheer spite. Fix your menu boards and fix your app.
