  Do not order delivery from this particular location! In fact, the delivery option to order from this store should be revoked. The past two times I have attempted to order JimmyJohn's via the app or online, even after selecting a different location, it silently defaults to this location for delivery. The problem? I have never successfully received a delivery order from this location. Attempt #1 - I ordered subs for delivery and after over 3 hours passed with nothing showing up, I called the store. The woman working said they didn't have a delivery driver and that no third party services were taking their orders but I could come get the order if I wanted. So I did. 3+ hours after the sandwiches were made. There was no attempt at communication from the store to me during that time. I had to reach out and see what was up. NOT FREAKY FAST at all, and I think the order total was near $50 for three subs, a delivery fee, and a decent tip. When I picked up the subs myself, I was not refunded the delivery fee or tip. Attempt #2 - Two Saturdays ago trying to order a single sandwich for delivery. The order was placed at 11:55 AM and funnily enough, the order status is still "We have received your order!". Again, no communication attempts from the store to give an update during the entire time-frame, and the order is still pending two weeks later. I didn't even bother to call that time, and I'm guessing it still won't be delivered. That'd be funny, though. I filed a review with JimmyJohn's corporate asking for delivery to be removed as an option from this location. Corporate responded a week ago and said wait to hear from the owner within 48 hours. I have received no communication. Just don't order delivery from this store or don't order from them at all. Why reward terrible management? After reading through other reviews, it seems like this is a common theme at this location. I can't wait to get the owner's canned feedback of "We are sorry for your experience, that's now how we roll." Yeah, you have no delivery drivers, so you don't roll at all...

  Food always takes over 30 minutes to come out. They have also forgotten to include sides multiple times to my order. If you want a sandwich from here, make sure you order it online 30 minutes before you come in 😂😂😂. Horrible service, they will tell you your order is ready, then proceed to make you wait another 10 minutes. I love jimmy John’s but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to.

  Ordered at 3:41pm for delivery, had to call at 5:15pm and ask where it was. Employee said it had already been delivered, informed her we have never received it and she said oh actually we are waiting for it to be picked up… lol. Called at 6:08pm to cancel.

  This is by far the worst JJ Gargantuan that I've ever had. Unless they've changed the portion size of their toppings on the sub then the worker is not properly loading the sub when you ask for heavy toppings. After an experience like this at JJ's I don't think I'll ever eat another sub again from there.
