- KMKimberly MSep 3, 20261.0First off the lady or man I'm not sure what he or she was and no offense hanging out the window like ghetto style I only asked for a menu she was rude as hell rude as hell I asked for a menu because she said no red peppers this this that okay ma'am thank you but she was rude she was very rude and if I could post a video it's not allowing me I would I'm calling the manager if you don't like your job then don't come to work and work with the public I had to give a one star just to give this post I would give a zero star I just drove away I drove away and went to Arby's next door everybody was polite from the time I ordered any questions go to Arby's not Jimmy John's obviously they hire just anybody with no restaurant skills I got blessed today as a waitress and I was trying to bless the person that I went to get food to bring home to my kids the man at Arby's got blessed with $100 tip not a disrespectful rude person where I had to beep my horn I go to a different Jimmy John's so I don't know if the menu is different but apparently it is apparently she didn't have time to answer my questions very rude don't ever come here especially around 9:00 maybe around closing time I get it everybody wants to go home I do have a video but it's not letting me post it I'll send it to the management
