- MCMystic Cat1 day ago1.0Came at 9/2/26 at 9pm ordered 3 items then paid for 3 items only after they said they didnt have one of them and the other 2 not being mixed well at all leading it to just be tossed. Its crazy the amount you pay for just trash. The service was shit aswell they handed me 2 of the items and the dude just put his thumbs up. Only until I showed my receipt they made the 3rd one and again it was so bad it was just trash. Never coming here again nor should you.

Then to top it off I found a piece of plastic in my blizzard. I would steer clear of this DQ, there are lots of other better locations around. Don’t waste your money here.

It smelled like wet dog and mildew I almost left and should have because as me and my boyfriend were eating our blizzards he found a piece of plastic in his blizzard. I would just say to steer clear of this DQ there’s lots of other better ones around. Don’t waste your money here.

The bottom 2/3 of the cup is all vanilla ice cream. Lazy employees don't wanna do their job correctly. I can't even believe they'd serve this to me. I want a refund! All these horrible reviews and no one does anything about it but some generic bs response from the DQ fan relations team that does NOTHING to fix this. Taking people's money and not providing the service is messed up! My family and I will NEVER spend our money here again! Over half of the cup is nothing but vanilla ice cream and I paid for extra pb cups in BOTH large blizzards! This is bullshit!!
- BBBloomAug 1, 20261.0Today (August 1, 2026) around 8:00 p.m., I ordered a large strawberry milkshake through the drive-thru. The tall gentleman with curly hair handed me a vanilla milkshake instead. When I told him I had ordered strawberry, he took the vanilla shake back and actually started pouring strawberry puree over the top of it instead of making a new one. Thankfully, one of the young ladies working noticed what he was doing, and I overheard her tell him to just remake the milkshake. She was absolutely right. After spending nearly $10 on a milkshake, I expect to receive what I ordered—not a shortcut. Pouring strawberry syrup over a vanilla shake after making the wrong item is lazy and shows a lack of care for both quality and customer service. I appreciate the employee who stepped in and made sure it was done correctly, but this experience should never have happened in the first place. Management should address this, because customers deserve better.
