You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their job and the people they’re helping, and that was definitely the case here. They were friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of, even though it was busy. Good customer service can be hard to find sometimes, so I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. This manager deserves recognition for the way they run the store and treat customers. Great job!

A couple of times the door has been locked and they were only accepting mobile orders through the drive-thru. I prefer to order in-store. Hopefully they can train their staff to clean up the tables, sweep the floors, etc. because a clean eating space is so important.

I understand everyone is busy but when your restaurant builds a line to the door and no one joins the make line, you're failing. When the one dude running the make line fails to call out ingredients that are now empty, you are failing. When the girl at the counter is trying to give dressing to someone who didn't order a salad you are failing.
