  I love Arby's. I very rarely get bad service from them. My food is always hot and fresh in the cashier always has a minute to talk. I absolutely love this particular location. For me it's the employees that make this location what it is.... I also don't care if I ever have to wait it's only been a few times that I've had to wait and it does not bother me. My food is hot and fresh and I'm okay with that....

  Recently visited late at night. I must say Justice was amazing!!! Her attitude was VEEEERRY pleasant, patient and professional! The food was VEEEERY hot, fresh and delicious. No mistakes with the order!! Cannot wait until next time. Sure hope she is there!! 😊

  Jasmine who works here is an absolute disgrace to this franchise and company. The fact that she would rather yell at me about how they are taught to microwave entire sandwiches in there wrapper before throwing them in a bag is disgusting. She then told me that she would show me a franchise food preparation and instead showed me a picture on how to put a slider together which said nothing about microwaving. Is this how Arby's is making food today? Microwaving meat until the cheese is scorched on to the paper, until the bun is moist, until the paper is moist. It's disgusting. Instead of apologizing and asking if I'd like a refund, she instead took it upon herself to argue, yell and call me names. All I asked is this how Arby's makes food today, they microwave meats and call it hot food. There's no cooking anymore. Jasmine should be fired immediately because she obviously has the nerve to hang our the window and scream at customers instead of apologizing for corporate telling them to microwave food in the wrapper. If your going to microwave food, at least microwave it right. Microwave the meat and cheese and not until the cheese has melted off the chicken. Then put it in a bun and then wrap it up. How lazy do you have to be to throw everything in a wrapper and then blast it In The Microwave until the cheese has melted into the wrapper and nothing is left on the sandwich, on top of a soggy bun and steaming hot piece of chicken no one can eat because they its 327 degrees. Then to tell me I am the one who's wrong and call me stupid. We will see about who's stupid. I think the one who thinks they can speak to customers and brag about how they are taught to microwave their product is the one who needs to find a new job. Obviously Jasmine needs to be sat down and talked to. But I know for a fact that shes done this many times before as she was very comfortable and told me that she can't be fired because she runs the night shift. We will see about that.

  Came excited to try the cheese steak. Left disappointed. I got this sandwich, small fry and small pop for over 13 bucks. I'll try a different Arby's next time before I give up on Arby's. But not much meat on here for a 9$ sandwich. Looks nothing like any of the pictures or commercial lol oh well guess that's the standard for fast food anymore. Skimp out the food and charge up the wazoo lol
