  ​I didn’t know it was possible for a sandwich shop to actively hate its customers, but here we are. ​Let’s start with the crew. I walked in and was greeted by the blank stares of three teenagers who looked like they were being held hostage by a lettuce bin. The energy was less "Welcome to our shop!" and more "Why are you doing this to us?"What I received was a culinary tragedy. The bread possessed the exact texture and structural integrity of a yoga mat. I’m pretty sure the meat was sliced using quantum physics because it was microscopically thin. It wasn't a sandwich; it was an envelope of disappointment.The Employee: Stares blankly "We have a strict two-sauce limit per customer." ​Me: "Okay, totally get it. Can I just pay extra for a couple more?" ​The Employee: "No. The limit is two." ​Me: "Right, but I am offering you legal tender. I will literally buy the sauce." ​The Employee: Clutches the plastic squeeze bottle like it contains the elixir of eternal youth "Sir, I cannot authorize that transaction." ​Note to management: You are running a sub shop, not a high-security pharmaceutical lab. It is light mayo, not liquid gold.If you want a good sandwich served by people who don't treat condiments like a finite global resource, go literally anywhere else.

  Freaky fast is in the freaking past. In 2026, don't order if youre hungry. Food is fine, workers act like their fish died every morning.

  All good but shorted a dollar and some change on my food. Noticed in the parking lot. Its simple math lol.

  On the night of 4/26/26, the manager made his employee refuse to make our food when we came in at 9:50 due to the restaurant closing in 10 minutes. I understand it’s very frustrating getting a late order, but we are first responders that worked from 6:30pm-6:30am and were too busy up until that point to get a bite to eat before virtually every restaurant closed. Just say you’re closed at 9:50 if you’re gonna do that.

  Ordered online at 11:30 am for a 12:15 delivery. Ordered finally delivered by a door dash driver at 1:30 pm, order had mayo on it which wasn’t listed on website and I received a straw with no drink. The first time I called about the order there was no real response except if they aren’t there in a half hour we’ll cancel and refund you. 2nd time was give a $5 credit. Have had problems before but I think I’ve finally learned my lesson.
