  The speed of service was so slow and yet my order was completely wrong. I ordered a white cheddar mac, cherry turnover, and pecan salad sandwich. I only got the sand-which in which everything was all over the packaging by the time I pulled it out. My son ordered 2 beef and cheddar, it’s in the name yet the he couldn’t stomach the sauce that was on it, and it definitely wasn’t cheddar. And last my husband ordered a gyro box, and the gyro was so hard I could throw it and it’d shatter. I typically understand being busy and forgetting one item, but to sit there for almost good 5 minutes and then the quality be this bad and items forgotten is just wild. We will never return here again.

  me and my friends decided to come to Arby’s to eat our food. The staff is talking about us LOUDLY making it known they talking about us and giving us death stares and it’s making us feel really threatened. We don’t feel welcome here. We didn’t even do anything. I think it’s because we’re black. we weren’t even roude to them we used our manners and they are being so rude to us
