I was standing for about five minutes without being greeted or asked if I needed assistance, while I noticed the staff engaging in activities unrelated to their roles. I chose to leave at that time.

The smoothies here are always so flavorful and it's much less busy than 23 mile. Both have great service, but I'll go out of my way to avoid crowds towards this location with better taste and easier service.

I’m having a hard time believing the owner is listening to us here. My daughter and I came in around 8:54p on 8/1 for a couple smoothies and I mentioned we were apologetic as I’m understanding that they were trying to close up the store. The girl that rang me up was shockingly unpleasant. I ordered 2 smoothies (we weren’t allowed to order food) and the lovely girl who made them, did so with a smile which was amazing. But, the girl who rang us up, watched over her as if she wasn’t moving fast enough. The lovely girl handed us our smoothies and we proceeded to the door, but not before I wanted to pour my smoothie into my Stanley and toss the cup in the trash by the door. The same unpleasant girl then ordered my daughter and I out of the store saying, “You guys need to go”. My heart sank. Politely I turned around and said, “I know you’re ready to go home I’m just throwing my cup away”. And she yelled back saying, “It’s not about that! It’s company policy!” It was 9p on the nose. I don’t even think the lights turned off before she was able to lock the door. My daughter looked at me and asked, “Why did she rush us out of the store like that?” It was heartbreaking. Please look into this. It isn’t uncommon for most businesses to run past their closing time due to late orders or cleaning etc. She is not forgiving to this whatsoever. She’ll have a fine time in the food industry. This girl prioritized what she claims was company policy over the customer’s experience. Is it truly company policy to order people out of the store? We weren’t loitering, we stopped by the trash. Why is she allowed to talk to us like that?
