  YUMMY!!! That word says it all. Whenever we go to Mackinaw City we always have to stop and order the Fish and Chip. The fish is Amazing ... and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend Scalawags Whitefish & Chips to anyone.

  As a loyal guest we used to dine there at least 3-4 times a month. Love..Loved it!! However, it seems as though there was a change in the tartar sauce as well as a change in the batter on the fish. If there was…. I don’t understand. Why change an iconic formula?? Haven’t been back since early summer 2025! Also, Petoskey store is not very friendly as well… went there 3 times….

  Ordered to my Hotel and the service was over the top. Some of the best chicken I've ever had, will visit again when I return... Will return so I can have that chicken again!!!
