    Don't waste your time or money on the cheese steak sub. Cockroaches are microwaving them..... you don't microwave steak....it makes it chewy and dried out.....60 years on this planet and this is the worst cheese steak I've ever had..... will never go back ever

    Since it got new owners it is definitely worth going again. Lately when I've visited the food is always fresh and hot. Love the mozzarella sticks!

    The GM does not prioritize customer service. Today we got $20 worth of food and the GM wouldn’t allow us to get an XL ice water. We also order a soda but wanted an ice water to share due to the heat. We were told we could only get a Large instead of a XL. I wouldn’t have had an issue paying .50 for the water. It just seemed ridiculous to me that after we ordered it, the GM had their employee tell us no instead of just letting it go. We’ve had other issues where we have had raw burger served to us, had to drive back half an hour to have it replaced, and was offered no compensation and we were polite and didn’t make it an issue. Left a bad taste in our mouths over water…seriously shouldn’t have been a priority IMO. The employees are always super friendly through the drive-thru! Ivan is personable and kind.

    This was very sad I convinced my fiancé who ate here once and got sick that she should give it a try because thy were different and we show up and they first hand us a bag with half fresh fried items and half cold and VERY old. I know the quality and hold times for food in this establishment from the short time I worked there. After the manager fixed the first mistake we ate our fried food on the way home and got home and BOTH of our sandwiches were made wrong and mine had VERY old dried roast beef on it. The person taking my order was very rude as I came in 15 minutes before the lobby closed she attempted to get me to go through the drive thru. Nothing was stocked and the bathrooms were gross. For 5-6 people working I am in shock at how bad it was. It was a very sad experience and I really really hope that they fix their night staff because going in during the day is amazing.
