  After ordering a Reuben combo I got to the window to find out they were out, changed my order to a roast beef. Got a cold sandwich with barely any cheese or meat and ice cold fries with no salt. I won't be gambling my lunch break on Arby's again- the food is too expensive to have to toss it out and not get a lunch

  Arby’s in Lowell is awful ! Beef and cheddar terrible, and steak bits and Mac cheese awful. Won’t eat there again! And very expensive.

  Got the steak bites and jalapeño poppers. Both tased good and were hot. Disappointed that the advertising does not even come close to representing what you get.

  Even at 6pm rush hour. Front counter service was awesome. Very friendly, smiled alot. Food in my hands fresh under 2 mins. RINGIN THAT BELL!

  Not my favorite restaurant but it's still a 5 ⭐. Now I'm referring to the Lowell Michigan. Not Arby's as one.
