  No wonder this place has like 3 stars. Part of our order was a 3 piece tender meal for like $12, through Uber Eats. Never got the fries. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times, they never answer.. even sitting on hold and trying the call back option. Nothing. Never ordering from them again.

  I walked in to make an order and the man behind the counter told me very rudely that they are only expecting online orders at 12 in the afternoon 🙃 I am very displeased with his rudeness and just disregard for customers. I am also displeased with the fact he wouldn't take my order whatever the reason. I will not ever be returning to one of these restaurants.

  My name is Blue and my second time ever eating from a wing stop was The Best. My husband and I had just left the Metro City Comic Con and went to a wing stop closer to that location. WOW! The customers, that had been waiting on their food FOREVER, been hung up on, and were fed up with waiting. Hearing this, I explained that we were out of town and was their another wing stop. One awesome customer encouraged my husband and I to go to the School Craft location, which also was in the direction of our home city. It was like a whole new world. Just Seconds entering the building we were greeted with cheer which was warming( because it was freezing in there🙂) but the staff was like immediately welcoming. We explained what just happen at the other location, gave our order, had help choosing flavors, THAT LEMON CRUNCH WAS FIRE, and were we even given complementary items. I believe that person that rang us up was a manager named Julis ( pleasant and never stopped smiling) Well we couldn’t sit and eat because we had over an hour drive to get home but as a content creator on YT Blue’s Joint, I of course took a pic of the food with is attached. I am sure each trait isn’t has good and bad days BUT I was thankful for this Schoolcraft road wing stop giving great hot food on 9/19/26 @ 6:28 p.m. I hope people that want good customer service, which is not easy to find these days, will give this Wing Stop a visits. Ooh and that blue cheese dressing & celery was soooo good.

  Came to try the new lemon flavor wing and when I came in to order there was one young man handling a whole bunch of things by himself watched him make my food while multitasking and taking order and answering calls and still got my food within a good time good work guys

  I order from here often on doordash,and my wings have been pretty good,much better from when I first started ordering a few years ago, BUT TODAY was horrible! This is my 2nd time picking them up within the last month and both times were very disappointing. My wings were overcooked, so much that they were hard to eat, except for maybe 2 of them. I asked for the hot lemon and lemon pepper and I'm pretty sure these are mild and not hot lemon,I can taste the difference and tell the difference from the look of them. They are barely sauced,which probably would've helped,being as they are so overcooked. Service is horrible, they literally just ignore u when u walk in. A man walked in while I was there and one of the guys working who looks to be like the manager, came from outside, then acted irritated when the man,whom had been patiently waiting for over 7mins, asked about his order,that said it was ready on the screen. Same thing happened to me my last pickup. They really need to be re-trained on customer service and there needs to be consistency in how the wings are made,if I wanted extra hard wings I would've asked them to fry them hard. Very disappointed and still hungry
