  Great service. Team leader Aidan was fantastic in assisting my wife who is very picky about the ingredients in her smoothies and he was very professional and informative, like subbing out the sugar for honey etc…. The buffalo chicken wrap Aidan crafted was 10/10 as well. My new favorite lunch stop!

  Was at the store around 11am today, had a pretty big order with a few modifications and got it within 5 minutes! I’ve never had a better experience at a tropical smoothie. Manager Brooke was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return!

  Come here at least once a week for the past 3 years. The experience I had today will make me never return. I placed an online order at 12:42. Arrived and was handed my food that was ready at about 12:48. Sat there and waited until 1:05 after I watched them make smoothie after smoothie for people who walked in after, until I finally got my smoothie, with no apologies for the wait or anything just two different excuses and being told two different times my smoothie is being made. As I stood there I over heard a worker ask if they could give a woman in the drive thru who had waited for 12 minutes a free cookie, I couldn’t even get an apology for the wait. Ruined this location completely for me.

  Today, I had such a great experience at this Tropical Smoothie thanks to one standout employee! Blake. From the moment I walked in, Blake was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making my visit enjoyable and memorable. He was training a coworker at the register and was setting an incredible example of customer service, menu knowledge and gave awesome recommendations, while coaching her and setting a stellar example of professional pride that Tropical Smoothie corporate would be proud to have on their customer front lines. I hope Blake is a corporate trainer. If not, he should be :) It is clear that Blake is born to lead. It’s rare to see someone bring this level of service, sincerity, kindness, knowledge, energy, respect and professionalism to their job—it made a difference I will not forget. Tropical Smoothie is so lucky to have someone like this on their team; representing their brand and training new employees by setting a extraordinary example of positive happy service, incredible customer engagement and solid work ethic. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the delicious smoothies, but for the great customer service too!
