They told me that they don’t remake smoothies, which I’ve never heard before. Another time I came in the oven wasn’t working. They didn’t want to make any food because it was a change of shift. So they were telling people that the oven needed to be cleaned and indeed it was working.. Their attitudes are up and down, I come to this location because it’s close me, But I’d rather go further up the street to get better customer service I frequent here alot, This location used to be top-tier not so much anymore.. I won’t be stepping foot in here again..

I ordered on the app while about 12 minutes away selecting ASAP for my time and it had the option to bring the order to my car which I thought would be perfect so I wouldn’t have to wake my daughter up to get my order. I parked directly in front of the windows at the time the app expected my order to be ready. I waited over 10 minutes and the app showed my order was still in process. I locked my car and walked inside to check if my order was on the counter or shelf and didn’t find it. I went back in the car and waited 15 more minutes with no update on the app. I go inside when I see no customers in line and checked the counter and shelf again without finding my order. I ask at the counter where my order is and they can’t find it. After asking again and showing my app and email, one employee finally finds my order on a back counter. The lack of communication and the fact that I was able to select bringing an order to my car but yet they don’t appear to offer that option at this location is disappointing.
