- KEKorey EricksonApr 24, 20263.0I ordered a smoothie last Sunday while taking my young daughter on a drive to get her to sleep. I ordered on the app while about 12 minutes away selecting ASAP for my time and it had the option to bring the order to my car which I thought would be perfect so I wouldn’t have to wake my daughter up to get my order. I parked directly in front of the windows at the time the app expected my order to be ready. I waited over 10 minutes and the app showed my order was still in process. I locked my car and walked inside to check if my order was on the counter or shelf and didn’t find it. I went back in the car and waited 15 more minutes with no update on the app. I go inside when I see no customers in line and checked the counter and shelf again without finding my order. I ask at the counter where my order is and they can’t find it. After asking again and showing my app and email, one employee finally finds my order on a back counter. The lack of communication and the fact that I was able to select bringing an order to my car but yet they don’t appear to offer that option at this location is disappointing.

Had a carry out order only to have to ask for the right chips, then came home to find out I have the wrong flatbread as well. Quality of service/food has been declining for a few years steadily. Will not be back to this location even though it’s the closest to me.
