Today is May 18th 2026 and this is the second time I’ve wasted gas to come get an Uber Eats order and they’re closed a half an hour early. I’d really like these people to be fired I have videos of their cars and timestamps if management wants to reach out to fire these people because I will never be accepting another. Uber eats order here after 2 AM which is funny because it says they close at three but every time I come here after two they are closed and they refused to answer the speaker. The AI will talk to you and then it will go radio silent. I’m really sick of people getting paid to waste other people’s time so please reach out to me. Thank you.

When we went back up to ask about it, the staff seemed confused. They made some of the missing items (although they never verbally communicated much of anything), but the order was still wrong, and this happened multiple times while they tried to correct it. The employees were friendly, but they seemed inexperienced and there didn’t appear to be much leadership or organization. The food itself was fine - typical Taco Bell - but the service was extremely frustrating.
