  I don’t get to go to sonic much But when I do, I choose to go to this one the people that work here are great, especially zyra Good service and the only sonic location that I would go out of my way to go to

  Truly a horrible experience every time I go here I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt except this will definitely be my last time going. There’s always something missing, messed up or a long wait even when I place my order a hour or two in advance and the workers obviously don’t care. I rarely leave reviews but I suggest saving your money folks or heading to a different location cause this one isn’t worth it.

  The service was great. The food was fresh. I was able to see most of the kitchen from the drive thru window. Very clean. Will return soon.

  There are simply no words to express how rude, disrespectful, and dismissive the employees are at this location. We approached the drive thru at 7:15 and attempted to order 3 strawberry lime aids. The moment we approached the drive thru the person said how can I help you which was fine I said “Hi I’d like to order 3 large strawberry limeade please. There was a long pause and the worker said “WHAT YOU WANT?! In a loud aggressive manner. I then repeated myself and said. Can I have 3 large strawberry limeades, then the worker said “SMALL? I repeat myself and say Large please. The worker say “PULL AROUND” The employee was so rude in how she was speaking to me. It was as if she was angry that I was even there and it felt like she was taking her anger and frustrations out on me as a customer. It was my goal to be friendly and during our interaction it didn’t matter how pleasant I was I was meant with disdain by this employee. I got out of the line and attempted to go inside and speak with a manager. There was a couple already in the building and they were upset because they had been waiting for more than 8 minutes. I waited for 10 minutes which means they refused to help anyone in the lobby and left customers waiting for 18 minutes. I’m hoping that whoever manages this location look into how their employees treat customers. I’m a manger myself at a retail store and when one of my employees mistreat a client I hold them accountable. I hope you all do the same.

  I ordered delivery service and when the food arrived, I got 3 straws and 2 drinks, one drink was missing and my sandwich was made wrong. When I called the store to tell them they forgot the drink I was hung up on when trying to call 3 more times no one would answer, this was at about 7pm. I will never use delivery again.
