Only order drinks but one of the workers look at the time and said if I could wait 4 minutes more the drinks are half off. This deal begins at 2p each day.
I came here today and my experience was so awesomeee!!🥰💕 The black girl with the red ponytail was so sweet and nice!!🥹💖✨️ When we ordered our food, we had ordered medium drinks but when she brought the drinks out to us, she said that she upgraded our drinks to a large!!😭🎀💕 She was so kindddd!!🫶🏽🎀💕 Also when we ordered 2 more orders of jalapeño poppers (because they were REALLY GOOD lol), she GAVE US THREE!!😭😭😭 She also made sure to tell us that the person who makes the food arrived late so thats why the food was taking a little while to come out. She was so sweet and kind and I would honestly come here with my family again!!🤗🎀💕💖✨️ Also, the twisted flamingo drink is so delicious!!😋🩷 It tastes like an ice cream float of some sort.🤭🍰🍓

One word about the food: DISGUSTING!
We ran inside for a fast dinner. We had never been for food, only beverages. We pressed the button and ordered our food. There was no one else inside or at the drive-thru. We ordered a footlong Coney, a double cheeseburger, fries, onion rings and two drinks. $30. The hot dog, chili and cheese was so beyond horrible. The onion rings were sweet, as if the batter had vanilla or sugar added? The burger was unacceptable. This was a double cheeseburger.
The employees were useless, there was not an ounce of care in the building!
Someone better wake up or it won't be around much longer.
Just got a hot fudge sundae. I was due change and not given it. Window person didn't respond to my trying to get their attention. So they basically stole money from me.

Where to begin….first off this has honestly been one of the most frustrating and nonsense driven experiences ever. Not only does the place look disgusting, the screens are broken and the service, well let’s just say it’d be easier ordering at a place where dogs were in charge. The drive through was unbelievable and they were only accepting mobile and DoorDash orders. How does that make any type of sense? So you can make food for mobile orders but actually speaking to customers is not possible? Seems like they just want to do far less work because logistically it should be the other way around. So we drive off to make a mobile order, pull up to the slot that is labeled “mobile pickup only” to find out that the stall is not a recognizable spot. I then call the actual store, they actually answer and I explain the situation. The worker then proceeds to say they are out of what we ordered online. I ask, “why did it let me order it then?” She replies, “well I’ve been telling people all day that we are out of that food.” HOW WOULD WE BE ABLE TO KNOW THAT IF YOU ARE NOT SERVICING DRIVE THROUGH?!?? HOW ARE YOU TELLING PEOPLE ALL DAY YOU DO NOT HAVE THAT IF MOBILE ORDERS ARE ALL THAT THEY ARE ACCEPTING?!? Now I am not one to normally make such a big fuss about drive through experiences but this one just baffled me. Also, it’s going to take 10 business days to receive our refund in which we had to call a separate number. The sheer incompetence of people that places hire is astounding, there is no logic, no customer service, it’s all just “I don’t want to do work so I’ll make up excuses to make that happen”. Sonic, I will never be giving you my money ever again. And yes, one experience has ruined it all for me. I hope this finds you well, your chain is embarrassing.
