We LOVE Portillos and have been to many different locations and everytime we stop at the Livonia location the food falls short. The cheeseburger was so greasy the bun was saturated and fell apart. The hotdogs were just okay. The Italian Beef normally has a juice/gravy but this one seemed like all fat/grease was poured on it. The unsweetened ice tea tasted rotten, like it had been brewed a week ago and sat around. Ice Tea containers have to be cleaned daily, otherwise they go sour. Save yourself the poor experience and go to Culvers just across the parking lot.

I had technical difficulty attempting to use the app and rewards program, and the cashier kindly went above and beyond in an attempt to assist me. Her manager did as well and it was appreciated. Chicago style hot dog and the double cheeseburger were both quite good. Worth having now and then 👍

The fries are always hot crisp and good salty. Plenty of inside sitting. And outside dining to with a canopy. Hey Portillo's keep doing what your doing!!!
