  They always mess my order up. No pickles, I get pickles. No hot peppers, I want sweet peppers, I get hot! Lol So now I only buy onion rings and fries, nothing else as they cant mess that order up! The onion rings are amazing. Super crisp and tasty, along with always being hot. Yay. Try them!

  I had their classic hamburger. Surprisingly, it was absolutely delicious! The price was reasonable, for a hamburgers that was bigger than expected. I didn't order any hot dogs, but looking at the menu, I thought they were somewhat pricey.

  Til you guys in Livonia learn how to dip italian beefs i will not be coming back there again. Went there tonight 09/04 26 and the beefs taste and was dipped like trash. Its like they didn't even have enough juice to dip the sandwich.

  Honestly I didn’t realize this was fast food . The building is huge and deceiving , we walked in thinking it was a regular sit down restaurant only for it to be a fast food cafeteria experience . THAT WAS DIRTY mind you . So this started out on a rough note , the lady taking orders was pretty curt and dry , definitely could use some work on her customer service. The white male manager not so much , he was polite and extremely helpful when needed . So to get to the experience , All the tables hadn’t been cleaned or were in crowded space so we found the least dirty booth we could . We actually got our Lysol wipes from the car to clean the table before eating , it had crumbs and was visibly sticky . And not only that , the seats were littered with crumbs and old food . And the windows have massive cob webs . It’s clear cleaning isn’t a priority here . The condiment section was disorganized and slightly dirty , the trash full to the top and just generally not cared for . The soda section was sticky all over , pooled soda in the trays , and one of the machines was out of ice . And one of the tables is being leveled with napkins instead of being removed . So for two meals with large fries a pop and a milkshake and a strawberry shortcake cake - which we returned because it was absolutely disgusting- more on that shortly - we paid $43 . So for that I have to get my own drink , get my own condiments , and clean my own table before I can sit down ……yea no This experience was NOT worth that and neither was the food . The fries were slightly soggy , not crispy and fresh . The burger was basic , my mom remarked we would’ve been better off going to Culver’s across the street . This was a $20 experience at best . So for the strawberry shortcake cake , it has this watery juice at the bottom that completely makes the cake disintegrate . It made it taste grainy . One bite and I immediately closed it and took it back to the counter . I showed them the liquid filled bottom and they proceeded to tell me that’s how it’s supposed to be . One of the ladys even went so far as to suggest to me that the cake is better the second day . As if to say I should take it home , wait another day and then eat it to see if it’ll taste better RIGHT AFTER I told them it was disgusting and I wanted a refund . Just absolutely ridiculous. Abd the whole time we were here nobody came out to clean off any tables or sweep or organize the dinning room . Then the atmosphere itself is unpleasant . It’s loud , with them screaming orders and yelling in their kitchen . At first I wondered why they didn’t have tvs in there then as I sat in there I realized why , they wouldn’t be able to function with the additional noise . They wouldn’t be able to call out your order like it’s McDonalds or Starbucks. I mean honestly for the price we really should’ve gone to Five Guys or Culver’s , this place is just not up to par. And to top it off my stomach has been hurting since about 20 mins after I left smh . Honestly I wouldn’t go again , didn’t like it , not worth it .

  The staff here are always so warm and friendly and since that feels so uncommon these days, visiting portillos livonia is like a breath of fresh air. It gives the impression that these people are paid well and treated well. ❣️
