  Second time I’ve been here in 6 years…. Last time I’ll ever go. Both times the food quality was just awful, I got through one slice this time and the rest is in the trash. Sucks cause the power is out and I took a gamble… other than that it’s tiny pickup room always full and chaotic. No organization… I’d hate to see the condition of the prep area… avoid.

  Won't let you cancel orders, foreign customer service, foreign order takers not even at the location when you call. Terrible.

  Ordered the $10.00 special..Best deal going and the pizza was wonderful..Great location and service..

  As soon as I opened the door, the manager shouted, “There’s a 45-minute wait if you didn’t place an order,” then stormed to the back. For the next ten minutes, he berated the one staff member who was making pizzas and clearly doing his best. The manager’s tone was harsh and unnecessary. Borderline abusive. It’s only pizza… really not that big a deal, and not a reason to yell at a fellow human being as if he was an animal. His behavior created an uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. Not going back. Or any other Pizza Hut for a while. That manager truly should find another better fitting job where he’s not so stressed out about pizzas, and making buying them so unpalatable.
