  This Panera used to be great, but service and quality has dropped drastically in the last few months. My number 1 complaint is that they mark your order as “ready” when your order is obviously NOT ready. Last week I waited for an additional 10 minutes after they marked my order ready. Other people were standing around confused, with the same thing happening to them. This isn’t a one time issue, this happens every time I am there. I’m assuming they do this to make their metrics look better/faster. I get it. But it basically makes the whole order board with wait times a sham. Beyond this issue, the food quality is really hit or miss. The broccoli cheddar soup is usually good, but sometimes I can tell they watered it down with some chicken broth. I don’t order salads here because the lettuce is almost always old and wilted with slimy leafs of lettuce hidden throughout. Prices are quite high, especially considering the food quality. I pay around $7 for a CUP of soup by itself (no pick two). I mostly eat at Panera to study, and grabbing some soup is just an easy meal when I’m running from work to class. But I might be done with Panera.

  Drive trough should be a convenient quick service. Spend 20 min in line and 10 more minutes by the window and I just ordered 2 soft drinks!! Horrible service

  I’m honestly done giving this Panera Bread location chances. Every single visit is the same—20–30 minute waits in the drive-thru, and my order is almost always wrong. Today was the last straw. I waited 30 minutes for a half chicken avocado melt, and what I got was a sandwich the size of my palm with one small piece of chicken and no avocado at all. How do you forget a main ingredient in the item’s name? On top of that, the bag of chips was ripped open from the bottom and had to be thrown away. This isn’t a one-off issue—it’s a pattern. Poor service, poor quality, and a complete waste of time and money. The only reason I kept coming back was convenience, but it’s clearly not worth it. Do better Panera.
