  Pulled in line to order a large coke. The other line let 2 cars order and pull ahead. I called out to say hello and no answer. So I just pulled ahead. When I finally got to the window the guy walks away. Then 3 minutes later a very large female manager walks up and opens the window to ask me "what you order". I said that you skipped over me twice and all I want is a large coke. She told me I have to drive back around and get in line again. Then she tells me I'm holding up the line! VERY rude! I pulled away and will never go there again, 15 minutes of my life wasted in a McDonald's line and got nothing but an attitude. AVOID this place.

  The employees are very rude and disrespectful. They short your food and get made when you order. Want my money back!!!

  It was a ghost town and that should have been my first clue. 3 snails working and nobody was concerned about anything. We used the kiosk and got our food a half hour later I assume because there was no receipt. Not only was there no receipt paper there was no screens telling us if our order was processed. Most ones I've been to let you know the number of your order and time it will be done. Nobody came over to check on us standing there or why we were there. A guy eventually walked an order out but didn't seem to give a crap that we were left there... even after I told him there was no receipt paper in the machines. A girl customer came in to complain about her order as we were standing there. She had to stand there for like 10 minutes. Because nobody was even coming over to check on us...I told her she's probably gonna have to say something because nobody even tended to us and we paid inside. The girl eventually told them her issue about missing sauces. The female manager or whatever challenged the girl and asked if she paid for the sauces? The manager or whatever asked her about which ones and shouted to a crew member if they handed them out... 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ seriously like anyone wants to come back in from drive thru to be harassed about sauce. The lady acted like it was coming out of the staffs paychecks 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ give her the sauce and be done with this. I worked at McDonald's years ago and I've never lost pay for sauce. Billions served you can't spare sauce🤷🏼‍♀️ our order was correct but they didn't season the burgers or even salt the fries. This location is buns!

  APRIL 19, 2026 DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGER THAT WORKS THERE(HEAVYSET BLACK WOMAN) VERY RUDE, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, She called me all kinds of BAD NAME WORDS. Because she do not want to do her job Very unprofessional. THE TEENS THAT WORK THERE TALKING ON THE PHONE WHILE SERVING CUSTOMERS She as the manager Do not care. TERRIBLE PLACE.! Food is trash. Do not go there. I will be contacting corporate. This is very unacceptable. If I can give this place a O star I would. Definitely need new Manager and a whole new team. Will not ever be returning

  The absolute worst experience at McDonald's by far! First off, it is now 12:59 pm Saturday 4/18 and I just waited for my meal, and it's wrong, for 30 mins!!!!!!!! No exaggeration or embellishments. I pulled up to this place at 12:15. I asked the service tech manning the drive through what was the problem. His response was: short staffing. Also, wrong food! Oh, I also called inside the speak with a manager or someone who would pretend to care about rendering customer service, to never be answered on the phone. 🗑 🚮 🗑 🚮 🗑 🚮 🗑
