  I have never had a bad experience with Jimmy John's as a company until today. I ordered a sandwich on their app for delivery. After waiting a half an hour I called the store they told me that they were slammed and had no delivery hours. Okay, I completely understand that all they offered was a credit. If I didn't want to continue with my order, I decided to continue with my order. Waited over an hour for the sandwich to finally come to me. I asked for the sandwich to be cut in half. It was not cut in half. At least I actually got napkins. In my opinion as somebody who has worked at a fast food place in the past they should have offered more than just a credit for the order. I mean heck throw a cookie or some chips in the bag for the over an hour wait for "freaky fast delivery".

  Got one of their toasted subs and came home opened it up and the bread was so burnt I couldn't eat it what a waste of time and money
