When I emailed them with a problem I had with a certain lot # of tea, one of the owners actually personally called me and made it right. I had another issue, about a year later, with me hitting the wrong button during ordering, I emailed them and they corrected it within minutes of my email, even though it was my fault. It is so refreshing to see a company stand behind their products and be so responsive to their costumers. I drink lots of tea since I found my favorite tea, Hot Cinnamon Rooibos!
