  I only gave a one star because you had to or I would have gave it none I was in there yesterday I come in there every single day but yesterday for some reason the woman who calls herself the manager and another girl who puts the cream cheese on the bagels I asked for extra cream cheese and then they went over to each other and spoke in their language and then turned around and started laughing at me The other girl then proceeded to ask me did I want her to put cream cheese on the top and bottom of my bagel and then started to laugh when I asked what the manager's name was she would not tell me when I asked for a higher up manager named she would not tell me what I asked for corporates number she would not tell me she laughed about the whole situation the whole time if there is a higher manager or even corporate that reads these reviews could you please reach out to me

  Requested a coffee and 3 of the small munchkin balls. Cashier misheard and charged me for 3 glazed donuts. I told her about her mistake as she was handing me the order, she refused a refund or any type of compensation for the wrong order/overcharge because she claimed she had repeated the order back to me.

  Amazing, fast service! They get my order always promptly and correct! Very inclusive as well with staffing! Highly recommend this DD!

  Third time not a charm. Very disappointed donuts always dry or day old. Def never freshly made.
