  I come here at least twice a month if not more for the last year or so. They keep hiring new staff which is great on a busy weekend morning, since the line used to be out the door. But with the newer people, I’ve noticed they are very skimpy on the cream cheese! It’s happened probably the last five times I’ve been in here and it’s really disappointing because that’s arguably the best part.

  My twins and I come here every week and we are always treated like family! We love the kind staff and the bagels are delicious and fresh. I recommend the Detroit onion bagel!

  My kid wanted just a plain toasted bagel. They said they can’t do just a toasted bagel, if they toast it they have to put something on it??? Why? That’s the stupidest rule/policy I’ve ever heard. Toast a bagel and just put it in the bag, not hard to do. We ended up going somewhere else. Don’t recommend

  This is a good bagel shop. Good flavors, good cream cheese, decent prices that are in keeping with the surrounding area. I've had better in Ann Arbor, but unless I'm getting these out the door in NYC, I'm pretty sure we can only expect a 4 at our best. I would give Panera Bread a 1 for their bagels so 3 is good here.

  This place used to mean something to me, then the owner sold it to his daughter, she raised prices on everything and took away the deli section and breakfast sandwiches, this place had the best baked ham and cheese I’ve ever had and it’s gone, OWNER: once it’s back on the menu I will change this back to 5 stars, you have one month!
