  This place is cute and the staff is friendly, but the bagels aren't award winning in any capacity, they do not taste fresh at all. I was really confused at all the #1 best bagel award signs everywhere, i had to wonder who the voters had to compare them to. I also spent WAY too much $ on their "tuna salad". It is just regular EXTRA fishy, no seasoning, no onions, no pickles, no celery no nothing tuna with a whisper of mayo. I had to doctor it up surgery level to be edible. Super disappointed.

  I thought a joke was being played on me when I saw how small the bagel I received in my delivery order was. I have ordered lox sandwiches from dozens of places and this was one of the more expensive ones. That being said, I was shocked at the lack of food + parts of my bagel was burned. Einstein’s is a better option for both value and taste.
