  I love Dave & Buster’s because of the half off Wednesdays however, I frequent the location in Westlake in Ohio. This specific location the food was amazing. We were seated and had to wait and find a server to serve our table but once we did that, the young lady was exceptional. There were quite a few games that were not working at this place is a lot smaller than what I’m used to.

  Me and a friend came in on July 3rd to sit down at the bar, eat and play a few games. They had a DJ there which was a good addition to the atmosphere. (Only reason I gave a 2 star review). However we unfortunately decided to leave after 30 minutes of trying to get multiple servers attention just to get a menu /service. Although they had alot of servers most them were just wondering around and dancing to music as if they were the customers. Staff behind the bar was completely rude and ignored us the whole time. Two young ladies sat down next to us, who showed up 10 min after we sat down were given menus. We finally got one girl to give us menu's. No one ever came to take our order. When my friend decided to get up to walk around to the other side of the bar closet to the door to ask if they were only serving the people sitting on that side of the bar. The lady bartender ignored him and walked away again. Disappointed and hungry we decided to spend our money elsewhere. With food and everything else being expensive and things like restaurants automatically adding gratuity to every bill and expecting to tip servers. Service need to be top teir.

  Great experience at the Dave and busters. Surprised how good the food was for the price. Did the easy and play on a Wednesday night so games were half price and made it just in time to get happy hour drinks.

  Visited with my daughter and her classmates, and to view the place for a youth event I am planning. Upon attempting to purchase an eat and play card with cash, I was not allowed. Staff re-directed me to the machines, and again, it did not take cash. I went to the bar, to order food and was treated like a kid, upon being told that I had to sit at the bar and eat and was not able to sit in the area where my daughter was and because my daughter and her group were all 11, they could not sit and eat with me. The other parents felt the same. I was not pleased with this place policy nor the treatment. If you have a business that fail to service the customer by refusing to service and are quick to direct to a machine, to which still did not take cash, the business lost money. I was attempting to purchase $1100 in play cards for students and due to the failure of the machines not taking cash, lack of staff assistance and staff refusal to take cash caused this loss. As a co-owner of a nonprofit, who was planning on bring a group there, I refuse to take people anywhere my dollar is not welcomed or valued. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

  VERY disappointed in our recent visit. I had done some research online before coming here for my boyfriends birthday. I saw they had unlimited play for like $60 plus that encludes an entree that was only $5 if you pick whats within those guidelines. When we finished paying at the kiosk, the screen said 'Do not forget your receipt, it is required to get your $5 meal. Present it to your server at the end of your meal to redeem'. First red flag was all the staff we encountered for our dining experience seemed unexperienced. I had saw a promotion online multiple times for $1 wing Thursdays. I asked about the promotion and they said it was no longer active. A corporation this size should be able to update their website with current up to date promotions easily. At the end of our meal when we went to use our $5 meal voucher from purchasing the unlimited pass, our waiter said that wasn't how it worked and she wouldn't be able to apply it to our meal. I told her what the machine had said. I'm confused how she didn't give us a heads up if that wasn't 'how it works'. We asked her questions pointing on the eat and play menu, told her which one we purchased, and ordered off the eat and play menu. She was saying we should have gotten 2 cards from the machine, one for the food, one for the games. After we told her what the machine had said, she said she would have to go ask how to apply the voucher. Overall just unknowledged. What really topped the cake is how money hungry this corporation is. No gifts or dessert for your birthday, no to-go cups for any water to take home, just greedy (even after I saw multiple people with to-go cups). The food and drinks were good, but heavily priced. It was very loud, could barely hear any games or people even next to you. Overall a day that was supposed to be fun was just annoying us over and over.
