Now it is almost 30 min after ooen and does are locked and no sign or anything, but people inside working. Are these just going to be mobile orders only. Used to have great food and service and now mostly a miss.

Told me “10 minutes wait pico” without any intention to actually live up to it (mind you, the place was empty at the time and I was just sitting there waiting). She ultimately walked off, and lets her employees disrespect you (playing on their dirty phones instead of cleanly working). Employees are lazy and RUDE. They guard the white rice like it eats into the corporate profit margins… back to Middlebelt and Schoolcraft for me.

I wish I could've taken a picture of the old rice, queso, and cheese stuck to the counter top. There was food on the floor and the fast lane was a mess.

Waited 30 minutes passed the promised time even though the store wasn’t busy and the employees were taking care of other customers quickly and had time to laugh and joke with each other. I asked 3 times during my wait if I could please have my food or a refund and was informed I was doing too much and they were not giving me food or a refund. Cool. First time getting chipotle since they were sued by the federal government for food outbreaks and the absolute last time I waste money here.
