There were multiple items needing to be made for the line and it was just that one person frantically making it all by herself. The juices were completely out. They completely ran out of cheese and guacamole. I knew this establishment had a low rating before coming - it's pretty obvious how this Chipotle got it lol

He was piling the meat on (probably too much) so by the time we got to the counter there was a 30 minute wait on white rice, 20 minutes for queso. They had added a server and she put maybe 6 pieces of chicken on my bowl. I asked why my order was so skimpy, she just looked confused. I cancelled my order and they tossed it in the trash. Meanwhile the other server was still piling food on bowls. Dirty as well I won’t be returning.
