  Was planning on dining in. Service was so slow I had to take it out. Guy serving was clearly inexperienced. Took two guys to wrap the burritos he was making, about the size of footballs! Slowest service I’ve ever seen at a Chipotle, by a very wide margin.

  One of the most disgusting service I ever had. The workers were busy talking everything was empty or old. Waited in line for 13 mins and everything was dirty and empty. Will never walk in or recommend anybody else come here either. Rude workers every single one of them.

  I spent 42.74 dollars in the drive through window. Forgot to talk about my free bday reward of queso. Walked in with the barcode pulled up and ready to scan. The store manger would not give me the free bowl of cheese unless I spent another 5 dollars. The coupon states free with a 5 dollar purchase. Yet two minutes before I spent $42 dollars. She even stated this is what cooperate would want her to do. To handle it this way. I rate her ability for customer satisfaction as zero stars. Maybe negative stars. Then to top it off. Chipotle corporate reached out to me and asked me to do a the review on their official site so they can handle this concern. I took the time out of my day to do this for them and they ghosted me. They probably sent it over to the unprofessional store manager whom handled the situation like this to begin with

  First time getting chipotle in a year and I was reminded why I don't come here anymore. Chipotle has really fallen off in terms on fast service for a fast casual restaurant. If the restaurant cannot handle the workload, then they must set their timings out to 30 min instead of ASAP. I ordered at 12:30p for 12:40 pick up. I reached restaurant at 12:45 p and it was not ready I was told 5 min. At 12:55 I spoke to personnel and he said he is going to catch up and then start mine next which was nice of him to help out but I had a meeting to get back to and cannot sir around and wait 30 min for an order that was supposed to be ready ar 12:40p. People use their hard earned cash here to get food during work and are met with long wait times. So imagine you have a bad day at work and you’re looking forward to your meal and then you come here and have to wait your whole break for it. PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF.

  On September 13th my boyfriend and I went to this location and placed an online order on the app for pickup in-store. Our estimated wait time was 6:40PM...it was not even prepared until after 7PM. The staff was incredibly rude and yelling/snapping at their customers, our food was small in portion size, and they ran out of so many ingredients/sauces that people were asking for. The management and staff needs to be seriously reconsidered, as this location always has the same issues. Never going to this location again.
