- PDPeter Dirkman4 days ago1.0Was excited to hear they had a gluten free bun. 1st time ever at a Chick-fill-A... GF was written on the box but the order was made with a regular bun. Fries where cold. I still have not had chick-fil-A. I was so pissed I smashed the sandwich in the sink after waiting 20 min to get my sandwich. Check your orders. I will never return.

- JTJ TApr 21, 20261.0This location is not like other Chick-fil-A restaurants. The service here is noticeably below standard, especially when it comes to handling orders and customer attention. Orders are not handled promptly, even when the store isn’t busy. I placed an online order 20 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait when I arrived, even though there was no line and only a few customers sitting and eating. During that time, staff seemed more focused on cleaning than checking on or completing orders. Because of the delay and lack of attention, I had to request a refund. The manager on duty didn't even ask what happened. This level of service is not what you expect from this brand (it almost seems like any other typical fast food establishment) and definitely needs improvement. I strongly recommend NOT going to this location until the issues with customer service (and food quality) are addressed.
- HNHannah NordstromApr 17, 20262.0It look me nearly 40 minutes to get my correct online order. I elected to get this in the drive thru so I didn’t have to put on real clothes or look cute. I had on a sweat suit. I waited in the drive thru 25 mins. They gave me my food and drink and I drove away. Apparently you need to do their job and ensure you have all your items before leaving. So then I have to whip my car around and go back. I pull into the parking lot and have to get out of my car WHICH I DID NOT WANT TO DO. And then walk inside to get in line AGAIn to get what they forgot. Moral of the story, check that you have all of your order before leaving. I thought that given the price and quality of Chic fil A I wouldn’t have to, but I was wrong. Also nobody apologized which made it even worse :’(
