    Out of all the BW3s in the area, this location, by far, is the one to avoid. Westland is amazing, Novi is always good, etc - just not here. ....And it's been this way for years. I don't get it. It's the best physical location, but lacking in every other way. Just avoid this BW3 Livonia, if you can.

    I’m not going to lie, I was really not sure this was going to be a good meal or not based on the many bad reviews.. I have not been to this location for almost 7 years due to a bad experience with undercooked chicken and absolutely the most disgusting thing I’ve witnessed a restaurant staff do.(she lotioned, her feet and then proceeded to handle food without washing her hands…🤮🤢) but my husband insisted things can’t be the same after seven years…🥴🫣 The chicken wings were cooked to perfection and were delicious. They were a five star. Good job to whoever was doing the meal prep. These were actually pretty darn good and close to our favorite wing takeout restaurant-they were large enough without being too large. They were accurate and count. They weren’t undercooked or overcooked. I didn’t realize, though that they had charged me $1.50 per each ranch dressings. I wish the guy who was taking the carryout order would have said that there was a charge for that. That was an extra $4.50 to our order. He asked me if I wanted ranch or blue cheese and I assumed it came with the Wings. I won’t make that mistake again- Another issue at the carryout counter, the menus do not include the price. I asked about that and the guy could not explain to me. He didn’t know why. He did say that the prices were different than the actual in menu- He said the carryout menu charges a dollar extra per item-Management, can you explain why that would be? Staffing continues to be an issue here-as we were waiting for a carryout, there was a blonde girl who continually scratched her head. I don’t know if she had a bad extension or some kind of a skin issue, but she was digging hard into that scalp and never washed or sanitized her hands. She didn’t do it just once she would stop for about a minute and then go back to it.🤢🤮 Thankfully, she was not handling our food. The staff looks rough. Everyone looked disheveled and like they had just rolled out of bed, needed to clean up…It was 4 o’clock in the afternoon- no one had a personality-with the exception of one person who had flaming red hair, she at least had a smile on her face and had some pep to her step-Everyone else looked like they were the cast for The Walking Dead- or hung over-judging from the comments in the reviews, there’s a staffing issue and a management issue at this location. Don’t judge all Buffalo wild wings restaurants by this location. Trust me there are some really great ones. You just have to drive to them. The above issues will keep me from returning-

    Haven’t been to BWW in years due to the fact that other places are just better. Decided with Lions football back to give it a try and my expectations were low but definitely won’t return to this one especially but probably never BWW again. Waited nearly an hour for a table which should have been my first sign to just leave. Was not the only one waiting to be sat or waiting on food at the table but restaurant was not packed at all. Server was not very good as she disappeared for 95% of the near 3 hours I spent in the restaurant waiting and waiting and waiting. Felt like at the end I was held hostage because she was no where to be found so we could pay and leave since there is no way to pay on receipt or from table like other restaurants offer. Wings were cold, hard and not fully covered in sauce which is funny because server kept saying “I’ll go check on your wings multiple times and then brought them and said “I don’t want them to get cold while waiting on fries. “New and improved” fries were probably the best thing but still just meh and was not offered a drink refill once. Not sure how this restaurant is still open because looking at reviews I’m not the 1st, 2nd or even 5th person to have this issue with service. Not looking forward to the half assed response of “we will look into making it better” because it clearly won’t get better. I understand being short staffed but no effort from an on duty manager to come apologize.

    Walked in was told it was going to be a wait, no problem it’s football Sunday I get it. We waited about 25 mins, sit down order drinks pretty quick. From there it was all down hill. We sat for over an hour for two orders of 10 ct boneless wings and two orders of fries. Wings came out first they were luke warm, fries however were hot as they should have been. The service was absolutely terrible, can’t really blame the server but she had no pep in her step never asked to refill the drinks given out long we waited and then I waited an additional 20 mins after we finished eatting to get the check and then another 20 mins just for her to come back to take my card to pay. Would never return to this location. I understand if you have staffing issue then you need to communicate this to your table. Horrible management because clearly this is okay and the norm at this location go elsewhere literally anywhere else. Real kicker was the restaurant was half empty. Absolutely horrible service.

    Walked in, told a 30-40 minute wait. The place was empty. This is the second restaurant in the area that has done this. I’m supposed to sit in your hallway on a bench and wait 30-40 minutes to get a drink because you don’t have enough people? Try this: tell me you’re behind, seat me, I get a drink and can wait comfortably at a table, while spending money (and creating tip worthy sales for your staff). Whoever decided this was the way to handle a staffing shortage better rethink the plan, because it goes not build customer loyalty. Update: Our next stop after this disappointing experience was the rustic chain that keeps its beer at 29 some degrees… you know, the place with the really good bacon. We were seated immediately, the restaurant was about 50% occupied, just like BW3 was, except we were showered with attention and even visited by management. Night and day difference in two similar sports centric restaurants.
