  Funny how I can't find any of my families reviews or any of the other horrible reviews from the same night, but whatever. I came here Friday night at 9:30 and we weren't sat until 10:30. There were only 5 parties in the dining area, full bar and maybe 3 people working. We sit down and order food and don't get our food until 30 minutes later, which she brings out wearing gloves?? Odd. Then, we see our waitress taking out the trash with those same gloves on. How disgusting. Then, we see the chef walking out of the kitchen, like we didn't order dessert. This place was unsanitary and overall gross. I then got sick the next morning, still sick. Thanks a lot.

  If I could give them a 0, I totally would. The customer service was horrible, the food was cold, and they gave me six ranch dressings for six pieces of carrots. What a terrible place, and I spent 70 bucks! Don't waste your money.

  The whole place smells like cigarettes especially by the kitchen, the service was horrible. Took 20 minutes to get seated when there was sets open in an open section. They weren’t even busy, my husband and I just wanted to do a date night and I honestly regret wasting my money and time coming here. The person at the front was just rude. I honestly could’ve made better food at home than what we got at this location. We arrived at 8pm and never got waters until 9pm, the servers just kept walking past us and ignoring us when myself and my husband tried to talk to something. Once we got our actual server after another 20 minutes it was decent but honestly I will never come back to this location. I could understand it more if they were busy but they weren’t, I’m currently writing this rewrite and it’s 9:30 we haven’t gotten our appetizer And we’re still waiting. My husband food got taken so they remaking it we ask if they can comp the wrap then manager comes over and states “let me know what you’re expectations are and I’ll let you know the reality” ended up just getting everything boxed left and paid they took off the app but still over 2 hours for 3 items. Thanks guys. FYI food came out around 9:39ish all of this was such a waste of time and of money. I use to love Buffalo Wild Wings now I honestly don’t think I will ever be back to any location.

  Was rushed to order as soon as we sat down. Server was rude and didn’t even look in our direction. We ordered mozzarella sticks and they came with no ranch or marinara. When we asked for some, our server never came back and instead we had to ask a wandering server for some. Our wings came overcooked and over breaded, could barely bite into them. They also put in the side of fries wrong. We asked for a regular cheese fries and received a large standard fry. We were charged incorrectly as well. Atmosphere was horrible. Screaming kids playing YouTube videos at max volume the entire time. Wouldn’t be shocked if this place changed owners soon.

  We walked in and were the only party to be seated, when the host told us that we could be seated but they could not guarantee a server for 20 minutes or so. I understand the lack of employees, but we decided to try another place, because we had 2 other car loads meeting us there. A server handed us a rude "have a nice day" as we were leaving. We just moved to the area and I can assure them our money will not be spent here.
