  First, let me say that the staff was nice and polite. But disappointment was with the food quantities . I tried the new cheese steak and it had about half to a third of the amount of meat that they show in advertising . It wasn't even close . Each bite was a mouthful of bread with a few meat morsels. Highly inappropriate for something that expensive on their menu. It was my first time at this particular restaurant , but I won't be going back because I expect to get a decent amount of food for my money.

  We were served by Amira. 1000/10 yall better be giving her a raise! Her customer service was on point!

  I went here and spent 27.00 and my mom spent 13 on her Angus steak and cheese sub.her sub was awful. The bread was soggy and just tasted bad. My order was awful as well. My (3) arby sandwiches bread was stale had to tear off bread. The roast beef was cold, the curly fries were dried out and the jalapeno poppers she only gave me 4 when I ordered 5. I told the lady at the counter she gave me 1 to equal 5. But treated like I was getting free food when I paid for it. I thought the ladies were rude behind the counter. I had asked for extra sauce arby the manger gave me extra sauce. The lady walked away. The place wasn't clean like it should be. The food tasted awful. Too much money for awful food. For my order and my mom's. Plus we didn't need the attitudes

  Look. We had no power one night and were staying in a hotel near by on the 4th of July. We actullt wanted something completely different but those places were closed. Defeated and heading back to the hotel this Arbys was about the only thing open. The line was wrapped around the building and we went inside. There was only 3 folks working and all of them were hustling. They had smiles on their faces, dancing to the music and just giving it their all. Top notch service. The food was okay. I am honestly not a fast food guy in any way so I can't give a fair opinion here. Once again great staff!
