  This place always has good service, but I just got home and dropped my root beer float on the ground, that I was so excited to have, and I’m devastated :(

  I've never had such a pleasant experience in a drive thru, and that is all because of the young man, Javion, working the window. He was polite, let us know the update while waiting on food, and just had an overall nice attitude. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

  Bro why in the hell would yall put a ripped up hamburger in my burrito. and it was supposed to be bacon not “sausage disguised as hamburger meat”.

  I absolutely love the lunch shift at the Lincoln Park location. Most employees there are so nice and friendly. If you go there often for lunch like I do. They will remember you and your orders. One nice lady even gave me a nickname because she could read my name tag on my work shirt. It's the little things like that is why I write a good review and keep coming back.
