  I used to love pizza connect. But recently their customer service has been terrible. I ordered a pizza once on DoorDash about 30 minutes before closing and they called me and told me to cancel the order because they don’t do delivery past 11. If that’s the case then update your information on DoorDash. That is not up to the customer. And today I ordered again on DoorDash at 7:30. The tracking said the dashed was waiting for my food, everything looked great. Then out of nowhere I get a notification saying my order was canceled due to “technical difficulties processing the order with the store” so I try calling the store to see what’s going on or what can be done and they didn’t pick up.

  Halal pizza, always yummy the crust is good.. prices are fair. The young men who work there are always so polite. Pizza is always eaten too quickly to upload a picture. The sandwiches (it’s the crusty bread for me) and chili cheese fries are also very good.

  I've tried to support since the transition but I feel as if they value dollar over quality. I'm done. Their attitudes and the quality of my food was terrible.

  Easily one of my favorite places in Lincoln Park to get pizza. The biggest bang for your buck-- they dont over charge you! The habibi at the front always gets me right and even throws in some ranch for my pizza. Friendly people. Delicious pizza. I ask for my pizza to be put in the oven a bit longer so I can get brown, crispy edges. I was concerned they would under- or over do it. They made it perfectly every time.

  I ordered two grinders at 20 after 7 come 9:00 still no food. The phone system they have sucks. So I had to wait there for them to remake them no apologies nothing taken off the bill
