I love Chick-Fil-A, but this location was the most rough experience I’ve seen at one. Not necessarily because it was bad, but because it’s the standard I know these restaurants aim to uphold.
To start, 15 minute wait for 8ct grilled nuggets, and yogurt with Diet Coke, surprisingly, it was not that busy, so I’m not sure why it took that long.
Additionally, a long line was forming at the cashiers stand, and she was moving it quickly, but I was surprised to not see anyone else step in to help.
Lastly, another customer was picking up a DoorDash order and had been waiting since 12:30 and got it at 1:10. The manager and I quote said, “Either wait, or no food.” This took me off guard, when it wasn’t even effecting me. I have never heard such a thing come out of a managers mouth. Also, the dasher asked if there was beverages in the order, the manager said yes, but they couldn’t see what drinks…so the dasher left with none. This completely rubbed me the wrong way.
Moving forward, I will only visit the Woodhaven and Monroe locations.

I got a Spicy Sandwich with double pepper jack cheese from this location and I got a sandwich with no cheese at all. I don’t know how you mess up something that simple and this hasn’t been the first time my order has been wrong. The owner is focusing on the wrong things to fix with his employees. You are losing customers with all the orders you’re constantly getting wrong. Won’t be back here again.
Bad mobile-thru experience. Line was only a couple cars but the employees were SO confused. After a long wait I got my food only to find multiple items missing and all the drinks were mixed around. This place needs better management.
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing first experience. My catering order was still incomplete an hour after the scheduled pickup time. While the staff did offer a partial order and a credit, it was extremely inconvenient, especially since the order was for my child’s first birthday party. Not having enough food for guests added unnecessary stress to what should have been a special day. I appreciate the effort to make it right, but I expected much better planning and communication for a $400 catering order.
