  We were traveling through and had an hour to kill before checking into our next hotel so we stopped for milkshakes. The staff was kind, the restrooms were clean and the shakes were amazing as usual!

  This was my first time coming to this chick fil a location I placed my order online. I will take accountability and admit that I did forget to scan in, when I got up to the lady she asked to scan my phone and it was at that moment I realized I did not scan the QR code the young lady with a smile on her face told me that I had to get in line all over again because I didn't scan the code and thought that it was funny honestly made me livid. The second time I got in line it was much longer meaning my food was getting cold because it was already prepared. I understand I made a mistake but things happen and there should be another option other than making me get out of line. I go to chick fil a because of the customer service and the young lady totally dropped the ball. I'll just go to another location which is sad because this is only 5 mins away from my house. Please do better this is not a good way to represent the chick fil a brand.

  Was excited to get a Chick fil a next to the house but honestly I’d rather drive to the allen park location. I understand they’re still new, but I’ve been here twice, mobile ordered both times and I’ve had to wait over 15 minutes for my food. It’s not busy at all, I was the only one in line when I came. Are you understaffed in the morning? Figure out the issues, fix them and I’ll come back.

  Everyone in these reviews saying how long the drive through is genuinely just has never lived near a city because if anyone in these reviews where to go the chick fil a in sterling heights they would experience what a real 40 minute wait is. The food is fresh the store is clean and the staff is friendly stop blaming the area you live in for how busy the drive through is.

  I love this Chick-Fil-A location. Every person I interacted with from the moment I walked in the door was kind and helpful. My meal was delicious. I had the grilled nuggets meal, lemonade and chocolate chip cookie. The service was great as well. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had all that I needed. I’ll be back!
