- BABrynn A4 days ago1.0Very disappointed with the customer service at the McDonald’s on Main Street in Lapeer today. We ordered through the McDonald’s app, and our Happy Meal was supposed to come with a shake. When we asked about it, the employee immediately told us it “didn’t show that” and basically accused us of lying. We then showed the order confirmation from the app, and after that, we had to show the full order details proving the shake was included before they finally gave it to us. Mistakes happen, but accusing customers of being dishonest instead of simply checking the order properly is frustrating and unnecessary. The situation could have been handled much more professionally.
