As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Totally unnecessary/ uncalled, for customers should not be spoken rude to that way. Whether they're picking a doordash up or they're actual customer buying food, it's still a service to your store

- KSKyle StimsonMar 27, 20262.0Its fast food nothing special lol but thats kinda the point its fast food would give a higher rating if it wasn’t for the god awful bot in the drive thru would honestly rather wait and have a real person talk to me then somebody trying to upsell me every time I want just a single item. Best item there is chocolate milkshake. Only reason im giving this place a 2 star instead of one star. Get rid of the bot and this place is easily a four star restaurant.

- RCRonald CrouchMar 8, 20261.0First they gave me someone else's doordash order, then when I pulled back around to get my order they only gave me half of my order, then when I had to park and walk up to the window for the third time to get an entire meal they left out of my corrected order they got the order wrong. Checkers use to be my favorite restaurant in town, best fries, best burgers, and Banana milkshakes. Now the milkshakes are half the size they use to be and when the grill crew forgets half your order they get annoyed at *you* for having the audacity of asking for the burger and drink you paid way too much money for. If you want burgers and decent service just go to Culvers down the street. Fries aren't as good but at least the crew wont give you sass when they mess up your order.
