  If Donovan isn’t employee of the month yet, someone needs to fix that immediately 😂 From the second we sat down at B-Dubs, he was ON IT. Drinks magically refilled before we even realized they were low, food came out perfect, and somehow he managed to keep the whole table laughing while handling a busy restaurant like a pro. The man deserves his own flavor of wing sauce at this point. Seriously though, amazing service, great energy, and the kind of server that turns a regular dinner into a really fun night out. 10/10 — give Donovan a raise!

  tried walking in they turned me away because it was “to late” when their kitchen doesn’t close until 10:45

  We were there for over two hours waiting for our food, when it came out it was cold and the fries were inedible. Still got charged and an attitude from the bartender when delivering the food after over an hour and a half wait for it to be wrong. They weren’t that busy, numerous tables come and gone while we were there. No apologies from the staff, we won’t be back

  Waited 45 minutes for my first drink and was cut off after 2, went there to watch the pistons playoff game and left before the end. I will Never return to this place again, once was a loyal customer for last dozen Years or so. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  I would rate them less but our server was very kind. First of all, my hus and had an issue and ask for a manager because our server was new. It took the manager 25 minutes to come and address our issue and she was very rude. It took our food, wings and bottomless appetizers another 40 minutes to come out. Then, when they did, there wasn't even enough for our party of 7 to have one onion ring and one cheese stick. We immediately ordered more and it was another 25 minutes. All this time and our two orders of 30 wings still weren't out. We fo to BW3's often and this one is terrible. It is no wonder when you have a manager with such a bad attitude. When the wings came, they were boneless and we ordered boneless in wings. Never again, this place is a mess!
