Food is tasty and reasonably priced ... Staff is very friendly. They are a local hub for music, culture, and community connection. An important asset to Old Town and to the Mid-Michigan area!

Start of jazz fest and they have one waitress, she's doing the best she can. Sliders were cold, drinks to expensive.

Great place to hear live music! The only issue I had was that we were told to get to our seats and someone would come take our drink order. We arrived at the venue 30 minutes before the show was to start. We were seated in a corner and it's VERY close seating there so we waited and waited and a waiter and a bartender came by us at least 8 times and never stopped to take our order. We didn't even get asked if we wanted any water! So half way through the performance I crawled over several tables to get out of the corner to the bar and spoke to a woman who was helping with seating when we arrived. She said she was told to tell folks to be seated and apologized. It took almost 20 minutes to get 4 drinks and 1 was a glass of wine. Then I had to crawl over folks to get the drinks back to our table without spilling them. Then the margaritas were horrible :( They were supposed to be Grand Marnier margaritas but they were super sour and didn't taste or look like they had any in them. While we sat with our faces puckered up because the drinks were horrible the bartender who had gone past our table multiple times earlier came and apologized for not being able to take our order. We told her the margaritas were horrible so she brought us a shot to add to the drinks which made them a bit better but they were still very sour. But thank goodness the Double Bass Experience put on all amazing performance and that's why we were there.
