  Best Taco Bell location in Lansing! Portions are always good and everything is well made and fresh.

  This is the best TB in the area. Food is always fresh, great portion sizes, and they never mess up my order. I moved to the East side of Lansing about a year ago and will still drive to this location because it’s worth it. I hope they never change

  I think I can say I safely will not be going back to Taco Bell anytime soon. As soon as I went to take my first bite of my taco half of a dead bug fell out. I had already driven home so I called to tell the store. Why they were kind and apologetic they didn't actually offer to fix anything they said they could replace my taco but after finding a bug in it I definitely didn't want to eat any more tacos. They never offered to refund my money even though they were able to easily pull up my order. My son and I were so freaked out we trashed everything. I'm not saying this to drive you away from going to Taco Bell I'm just saying maybe check your food before you eat it and I'm hoping in the future there will be more diligent and consider refunding people the money that they spend on food that they can't eat.

  A place full of people who do not care about the quality of their work. 20+ minute wait times. Fast food should be fast, Taco Bell essentially has 5 items they make, same ingredients just in different steps. This place still manages to be slower than a sloth, they will ignore you at the counter, and they will mess up your order. The people here deserve to be paid the minimum wage they’re getting.
