  I will start by saying Rally's has some of the best french fries its why I go there even after poor previous experiences. That said though, I just had another rough visit First their app is not great for customizing orders. My kids don't like certain things on their burgers and the app does not allow you to adjust the items on the kids meal. 2nd when I arrived I was asked to pull forward and wait along with another car which actually trapped the car behind us. Then when my food came out, I was not given any drinks, and one of my kids meals was missing completely. I had to drive back through the line after 2 attempts to get my food. Then when I got home the cheese I paid extra for to get on my sandwich was not there. Food was still good overall, but not a great service experience all around.

  We came through the drive through and we were handed the wrong order, so they asked up to pull up, where we sat for 15+ minutes before they came back out with the same wrong order. Than someone else came out and told us we need to provide the receipt for our order. We than waited another 20 minutes or more for them to come out with the Order!! Worst customer service I have from a checkers/Rally’s

  Ordered double cheeseburger plain and it still came with cheesw. Top bun was broken into three spots and so much sauce it was impossible to pick up. Fries were soggy. Apple pie gave my lips and fingers burns it was so hot.

  I came to Checkers on West Saginaw around 12:24 a.m. since they advertise being open until 3 a.m., and the experience was frustrating. The drive-thru system is automated, so I was able to place my order with no issue. However, after pulling up to the window, there was no one there. I waited for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgment, no employee at the window, and no communication at all. It’s confusing and inconvenient to be able to place an order but not actually be served. If the location isn’t staffed or isn’t actually open late, the system should be turned off or hours updated so customers aren’t left sitting at the window wondering what’s going on. Really disappointing late-night experience.
