About

Fast Food RestaurantBurger JointAmerican RestaurantCheckers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc
As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Customers can be rowdy, but the service will stay great and the food will stay greasy, five stars from me

My girlfriend and I were just there eating our dinner at the picnic tables out front when the heavier set night manager decided to throw a firecracker out if the drive through window before then saying that he didn't know we were there when he had looked right at us about 5 mins before hand. I proceeded to tell him that throwing firecrackers on resturant, school, or church property was technically illegal (not to mention that after the 4th of July it becomes illegal anyway) to light any sort of sparkler, firecracker or anything like that and then on top of that my gf has a heart condition and the random unexpected firecracker going off about 5 feet away from us almost caused her to black out.

I generally have modest expectations when it comes to fast food, but my recent visit to this Rally’s was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The core of the issue is simple: I did not get what I ordered, but the level of indifference and incompetence surrounding that mistake is what truly earned this one-star rating. After waiting in a surprisingly slow-moving line, I finally reached the window, paid, and was handed a bag. When I got home and opened it, I realized that almost nothing in the bag matched my receipt. I ordered specific burgers with modifications and a large fry, but instead, I received a completely different set of items that looked like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The buns were soggy, the fries were lukewarm and limp, and the "customizations" I paid extra for were nowhere to be found. What makes this so infuriating is that the order was not even complex. It feels as though the staff simply grabbed the nearest bag and handed it over without a second thought. When I tried to call the location to resolve the issue, nobody picked up the phone. It is a total lack of accountability and basic attention to detail. If you are looking for a quick, accurate meal, save your money and go elsewhere. Between the long wait times and the high probability that you’ll end up with someone else’s cold leftovers, this location is simply not worth the headache. I won't be returning.

For anyone that's not aware, this is a drive-thru location only. I've gotten food from here dozens of times and it's always great. I always order online though, and then pick it up. I strongly recommend ordering online so your order will be ready when you arrive and it lets you get a better look at their menu. The orders have always been accurate and good. I love their fries of course and their chicken.

I would like to know what time you stop taking debit cards? Every time I have came up there lately and even yesterday night 5/22 my husband was told that they were only doing cash transactions and delivery orders only! That was around 10pm. If I were the G.M or owner I would definitely be checking sells if this is not something Rallys is supposed to do
