  Waste of time and money. *** Got a to-go order for our family ~$80. Returned after finding multiple mistakes. No big deal. Mistakes happen. They’ll fix it - right? Found the manager who was short and unwilling to help right then because he couldn’t be bothered to stop bussing tables and cut me off to inform me they could not fix a portion of my order because they were out of bread? Why couldn’t they tell me THAT when they first filled the order? Then worked in that he didn’t know why his people at the counter directed me to him because they could have fixed it. After taking my spot in line as he directed I ended up getting a refund for smashed pastries they never should have served as viable product and an excluded sandwich because I didn’t want to go to the bottom of the queue and wait for it to be done. *** I will not be back.

  I would give zero stars if possible. I’ve been several times in the past few months and I only go back because my kids like it. I arrived one morning around 6:10 and wanted to grab bagels for my coworkers. They told me they didn’t have any nor did they have any available food. A few days later I was only person in line and I ordered two sandwiches and watched the employees dance and play on their phones and talk amongst each other; I waited over 20 minutes. Another day the lobby was closed but the drive through said online orders only. It seems like every time I visit overall customer service is terrible. Corporate needs to come in and evaluate.

  This is by far one of the slowest drive thru’s I’ve ever been in. 2 cars in front of me- each one got put on ‘hold’ at the speaker. I know because I was put on hold as well and it took over 5 min for each car to get any sound out of the speaker. I ordered a half sandwich with no modifications. 20 min later, in a captive drive thru mind you, so I can’t even leave, after waiting on ‘hold’ again at the window for an aggravatingly long time, the sandwich was wrong. Each person I saw had very little in their order (one bag partially full) 6 cars piled in behind me with no sign of it moving faster or anyone concerned at all. Oh and they charged me for my free side
