Would come here 3-4 times a week for lunch and was alright. But I got food poisoning from eating a sandwich here and threw it up. Never will eat panera again

This store has so much potential because of its location and size, but the current management is really dropping the ball. You walk in to order and everything is done on a tablet—no one comes to the counter to help you. Then, when it’s time to pick up your food, the wait is 20–30 minutes for an in-house order. I’m not sure if it’s due to being understaffed or something else, but I would definitely avoid this location if possible. I plan to try the East Lansing store next, because the south side location is even worse. Hopefully they offer a better experience.

If you can pick a different panera to go to, you should go to the alternative panera. This one sucks. My order is wrong a lot, and if you order through the app - they just give you a store credit if items are not delivered that you paid for. The food itself does NOT taste fresh and my soup is usually cold by the time it gets to me. And I am not far from the store. I go to the Panera in Jackson just as often, and their food far surpasses this frandor location.

visited Panera Bread for lunch and had a great experience overall. The food was fresh and delicious, making it a nice spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual lunch outing. However, I did find the prices a bit on the higher side for what you get. Still, the quality and ambiance make it worth it occasionally.
