- DBdaniel benjaminMay 5, 20261.0Been buying bagels and cream cheese for years here for my family. In the past two years it’s gone way downhill. Tables inside are dirty, always out of the bagels I want, and within the last year bagel quality is horrible. I swear they hold onto old bagels for days now to save money. Ordered seee bagels that were more like bagel crisps when I got home. They constantly mess up my order, specifically the $6 cream cheese I paid for. The French toast bagels I just bought were dripping the cinnamon off top and were so squishy I couldn’t eat them. Staff is rude and they want tips? I would avoid Panera on W Saginaw Hwy in Lansing MI at all costs. Much better options for good service, correct orders, good customer service, and fresh food.

Always happy to enjoy the bread bowls with soup. I highly recommend the cheddar broccoli in a bread bowl. Excellent staff and quick service.

The 3-star rating reflects the service. Courtesy goes a long way — I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for now.
